Refunds

This is the refund policy for my-rashi.

When we refund in full

• If we do not publish your invitation within 48 hours of confirming your transfer.
• If a technical fault on our side keeps your page down for more than 24 hours during the paid period.

When there is no refund

• After your page has been live for 7 days.
• Extension fees, once the extension has been applied.

How to ask

Write to sales@my-rashi.com with your invitation address (the link you chose) and your transfer reference number.
